Q: Where are your skin care products made?

All our products are made in Canada. Our African Black Soap is made in Ghana, Africa. We are also 100% Canadian owned and operated.

Q: Where is your promotional organic cotton apparel made?

Our organic cotton t-shirts, hooded kangaroos and French terry sweaters are made entirely in Canada. Our ethical and traceable line of promotional apparel is completely sweat-shop and child-labour free. It is not surprising, therefore, that our customers turn to us when they want ethical Canadian-made promotional t-shirts.

Starting a new clothing line? We have the latest technology in screen printing, laser etching and embroidery. Focus on your brand and let us do the rest. Please note: Our regular cotton and polyester fabric apparel are ethically-made for us overseas. They are design and decorated in Canada.

Q: How long will my products last?

If stored in a cool dry place, our skin and hair care products can last 20 to 25 months or more. Our natural body soaps will last 36 months or more. Natural soap can last for many years in a cool, dry, airy environment. As soon as you use it, the scent surfaces again. Our natural body soaps are lightly scented. We also carry unscented natural bar soap.

Q: Do you offer a discount on quantity purchases?

Yes we do, just e-mail us for a quote.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. None of them.

Q: Why aren't your products in stores?

After thinking long and hard about offering our line at selected natural stores, we have decided to focus on our online presence. The reason behind this decision is quite simple: having our line of natural products in stores would involve a middleman and only increase the cost of our products to consumers. We would rather only operate online and pass the savings on to you, our customers.

For any company to be competitive in a "bricks and mortar" environment, one of two things will have to happen: the store will increase the price to keep a fair margin of profit, or the supplier will cut the quality of the ingredients to reduce cost. And this is not what Organic4Nature stands for. We strive to bring you the highest quality products for the fairest price possible.

Q: Why don't you offer anti-aging creams or an eye cream?

We believe that you really don’t need a special cream to nourish the skin around the eyes. Organic4Nature natural face cream made with natural and botanical ingredients is a light textured cream and perfect for the delicate skin around the eyes and will achieve the same results as an eye cream that would cost you triple the price for a one ounce fancy eye cream jar. Pair it with our natural botanical face toner, that will be plenty for excellent results.

Remember, we’re not into selling you expensive products in fancy boxes that you don’t really need to achieve real results. Many people think that those expensive anti-aging and eye cream products are ridiculously over-priced and over-hyped.

Many skincare companies claim to have the secret to the fountain of youth; the truth is that the majority of those claims are deceptive marketing. Most over-hyped products misrepresent their effects. Skin only needs a handful of simple and inexpensive treatments to get and stay healthy and healthy-looking. Your skin is a living organ that needs the same nutrients that your other organs need to stay healthy. It is important to nourish your skin by using natural moisturizing skin care products that will help replenish the skin's natural lipids that are lost throughout the day.

Q: I've noticed sodium hydroxyde as an ingredient on your soap labels, other soap makers don't use this ingredient?

To make a hard body soap, you need this catalyst, once the soap is cured, after approximately 4 weeks, sodium hydroxyde turns into glycerine. It's called the saponification process. If you don't see this ingredient listed on other soap makers' products, they are probably hiding it from you. You can't make a bar soap without the saponification process. What else are they not listing on their labels?

We are not part of the "certification" bandwagon, which uses certification as a marketing money tool. Consumers need to be wary of certification as an assurance of purity. Some well-known certifiers put their stamp on product labels with as little as 15 % organic content by concentration. What about the 85% ? It's always important to carefully read the labels of the "organic" products you purchase.

Furthermore, our line of products is made with natural, naturally-derived, certified organic (when possible), fair-trade and environmentally-friendly ingredients. Our essential line of skin & body care products are 100% free of parabens, sulfates or sulfate derivatives, harsh detergents, fillers, animal-derived ingredients, phosphates or any dangerous substitutes. Unlike many other websites selling skin care products, we list all the ingredients of our products on our website, we want you to make an educated decision about your natural skin care regime.
